Located near the St James Quarter, we also have a retail space selling gorgeous candles, beautiful handmade Greyfriars Tartan products, and small wooden gifts and homeware.

6 out of 5!!! What a great place for coffee & lunch, on a lane between John Lewis & St Mary’s cathedral. I met friends in this large, airy space which also has tables outside.
First visit today and definitely will be going back all staff so polite and friendly food was excellent would really recommend a visit to anyone even got what we were not fit to eat in a box home with us.
This is a clean and modern café just outside the St James Centre and John Lewis. Inside the tables are spaced apart and the ceiling is high, good for not spreading Covid.

What We Offer:

We have our own house espresso blend, Marimba, roasted by our coffee enthusiast friends at Canary Girl in Glasgow. A Guatemalan blend of sweet brown sugar, chocolate notes with a lightly salted oak finish. We love being part of the coffee community here in Edinburgh so we also offer a second espresso by carefully picked guest roasters.Our kitchen is kept busy with baking our sweet treats everyday and other ingredients we use throughout our menu.

Relaxed café with a calm atmosphere and lovely staff, a bit of a hidden gem being tucked away but so close to Waverley. Iced tea and Eton mess French toast were both delicious

Very nice breakfast. Felt like it was a great little find. Staff were friendly and attentive, food was great. Would go back.
Stumbled across this cafe while hunting for breakfast, nice and friendly staff, the cafe is small but don’t let that put you off. The black coffee I got was lovely and strong, nice way to start the day.

Lovely little cafe, good quality food at a more than reasonable price! Had a nice chat with the owner, she is very friendly and welcoming. If you’re hungry and in the area pop in and get something to eat!
Great for a Scottish breakfast! Offered a dairy free option with lots of different milks available. Great ladies that gave us great service.

Just had the Most Gorgeous Bfst in this place. Staff lovely! 🙂 my son said it was a 10/10.
