Jen was very quick to tap with me into the areas in my life that, which are blocking me to be the best version to be myself in all relationships: with myself, my children, my partner and also in my work and as an artist.
I had tried different therapies and not found that I had been able to release some of the very deep-rooted traumas and that I was still reacting due to emotional and physical abuse as a child.
I would definitely recommend, if you’re looking for similar help for your children.

Heard about this service from a friend and during lockdown it was a difficult time for me and I realised to help myself I needed to seek professional help and found this service has been a massive help for me. As a student with not a ton of income, they had an affordable plan that suited my needs and can suit another’s if need be.
Fantastic resource for anything mind, body and soul related and great staff both in the bookshop and counselling department.
Visited in January this year as part of the Wellbeing in the West End promotion and very glad I came across it. I loved their collection of interesting self help books and got one that I’ve gone on to recommend to others.

I am one of Jarek’s regular customers over the last five years can highly recommend him. I like deep tissue massages to work out tough knots that develop in my back and shoulders (due to long car journeys and working at my computer).
My partner booked me in for a deep tissue massage last week and it was really brilliant. The therapist was excellent and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. For an hour-long treatment it was really good value for money and I will definitely go back
Absolutely brilliant! I felt so comfortable and relaxed! Had small consultation before in which i was asked exactly what I wanted and i was advised on the best massage to get. In the end i leaned to more of a sports massage to target my back pain and it was brilliant
