Desktop PC had got itself into a mess… wouldn’t boot… wouldn’t let me re-install Windows… unusable. This place fixed it the day I took it in, even though it was a Monday which is their busiest day for new jobs coming in. And the service was friendly and fairly priced. Even gave an indication of cost up front, which they stuck to completely. Highly recommended.
Brought my old laptop for an SSD upgrade and a screen replacement. The service was really fast. The staff did a really good job in choosing the right kind of hard drive considering my budget and were really pilot. All in all: a great customer experience.
Excellent communication and aftercare. Highly recommend and will be using again.

Amazing customer service will 100% recommend, quick and fast service
I use Unitech for all my computer problems, and he is always polite and helpful. He is also very honest about what can be done and doesn’t make any unfair charges. Reliable and fast service.
My laptops battery had been draining extremely fast last couples months so I got advised to go to here to deal with the issue. Dropping my laptop off late on Saturday just before closing to being told today on Monday that it was all ready was amazing, battery seems good as new so only positives I can say. Workers at the shop were extremely understanding and polite which is always appreciated. Would definitely go back next time I have a technical issue.

I built my first PC and it wasn’t working. I send an email asking for supports after many frustrating tries. I got responses from Bruce quickly after the enquiry, even though English is my second language, he still communicates with me understandably and politely. I leave the PC in-store and it was all fixed in one night! He even delivered it back to my flat and offer me a excellent discount. So overall, a short but a really amazing experience.
I had an old laptop which was running very slow. The shop called me after diagnostics of the laptop and gave me an option to upgrade my laptop with a new hard disk and more memory. I agreed and my laptop is running very fast now. Great job guys! I’m very happy with the experience and the communication.
I brought my ipad in because the charging cable would not connect properly in the port and assumed I would need the port replaced, which would be relatively expensive. All I actually needed was to ditch my cheap charging cable for an Apple approved Charge-iT cable which works perfectly. I was so impressed with the accurate and honest advice that I bought two new cables! This was still much cheaper than a port replacement. I’ll definitely be back for any future repairs. Thanks
