We went to check out a particular bed on clearance and though they didn’t have it in stock the very helpful customer assistant went out of his way to help us, in a very professional and friendly manner (called a different store to ask to measure it for us), suggested some alternatives and all without any hard sale, etc. I was impressed with the quality of service! We bought a mattress in the height of the covid pandemic and Bernadette was a complete star! She gave us a consultation over the phone from the warehouse where she actually lay down on various beds so she could describe how they felt and asked us plenty of questions to get to the bottom of our ideal sleep.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Alex was incredibly helpful and friendly -kudos to Alex!! The process was really simple, go in, try a few beds, order one, get it delivered and have it setup.

We bought their single bed + installation last few years and it still in good condition until now. The man at the shop is very nice, polite and friendly. He gave us a very good advise and very helpful in everything.
