Great stay we loved every minute of our stay at the Lane Hotel. We drove up from above north london this weekend gone and after a 6.5 hour drive we was greated with a warm welcome and friendly staff. From helping us find a parking spot to
Beautiful & cosy hotel with fab service! They reserved a parking space by moving their car for me and giving us complimentary drinks at the bar. I will definitely be returning
We stayed 2 nights in june 2021, the room is lovely and well decorated. And the bathroom is really good too. However, they lie about the parking (we had to call to book it but when we arrive we were told that it’s a first come first serve

We are located down at the bottom of Union street on Broughton place. Our door is on the right Number 37 coming down from Union street We are a 3 star city centre guest house in a Georgian style New town building in the safe Edinburgh city centre and only 2 minutes from the Playhouse theatre with Princes street,Waverley rail station(back entrance) and the bus station only 5 mins walk half a kilometre.

Lovely little hotel which is so central to everything in the city centre, yet it’s tucked away in a nice quiet spot. The host was extremely welcoming and helpful.. and we also liked the free parking. Good value for money and we would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here twice it’s near to all the attractions of Edinburgh but is located in a quiet area 10 minutes walk to Princess Street. Parking for guests is free. You are made to feel very welcome by the owners Fiona and Freddie.

Stayed here 10/12/21 for two nights staff were very friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing great choices, rooms were lovely and clean,sherry was a lovely touch, would highly recommend

Lovely stay in a lovely place ! Our hosts were incredibly nice, always available and helpful.
This is also the right place to try local breakfast and you might ne lucky enough to see some squirrels in the garden 

A little gem of a place in a great location. A quality independent boutique lodging perfect for a city stop over. We were warmly welcomed, had a great room and left with our tummy’s full. Well done Ben Cruachan and good luck for the path ahead
