The team at Hickory are outstanding we had a small wedding for my daughter at Cairns Family estate in July and they were amazing we have just had a much larger event at the same venue and once again they were outstanding super efficient great food special mention to OZ he put everyone at ease but his entire team we so professional. 10 out of 10

Hickory catered our wedding in July 2021 in North Berwick. The whole team was so great to work with, both in logistics/navigating Covid restrictions and being nice/friendly, and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

They definitely did American food proud and seriously value & variety wise they blew so many of the others out of the water. I love that it wasn’t just a three course menu – Hickory curated a whole experience around the theme with bites, sides and all! Wonderful concept and execution, and truly great value.

We can not recommend TECC highly enough! They catered for our wedding during the pandemic, and took some much stress away. We had multiple food tastings, and were happy to accommodate with literally any request or food concoction we could think of.

We used Edinburgh Catering Company for our wedding in Balmule House. Russell and Claire did a fantastic job.
