My husband gave me a pair of earrings and a gold necklace with topaz. The pendant is locked in the opening and closing device. And to get it out of there, it almost breaks. The earring screw is horrible. It does not attach the earring and it keeps falling. Conclusion: I lost an earring.

Went into the store looking for a special birthday present for my dads 60th birthday. We were welcomed into store by Liz who couldn’t of been more helpful. Liz took the time to listen to what we were looking for and brought out various different types of watches for us to look at.

We have received nothing but exceptional service from Clarksons. It is our go to place despite now living in England. We make a special point to go there for special gifts. Bought engagement ring there, they made our wedding rings to order, also made my eternity ring to order (20 year anniversary) and have just created a beautiful topaz pendant for me to order.

We bought our wedding rings in this shop and I can only speak wonders about it. My and my partner Glen wanted something Celtic and exclusive. We are both from different countries, I’m from Spain and he is from Australia, so was our little tribute to the Country that got us together.

The staff were always helpful and worked with me on designs to create a truly personalised ring better than the one I had initially imagined. In terms of price, they were extremely competitive.

I can’t recommend them enough, I had been trying to find the right bracelet for weeks and something which looked similar to a bracelet of my partners that he can no longer wear as it is too worn. After searching the internet for days I stumbled across Macintyres and found exactly what I was looking for.
