A very good store with no high pressure sales force unlike other cheaper kitchen stores. One sales lady, Frances, was very helpful and not pushy at all.
However the warehouse staff/geriatric pensioner who’s been let loose with a forklift blocked me in the car park with pallets and stuck notice’s all over my car not really what I was after when about to spend £12000 on a kitchen 🤔 terrible way to to treat customers.
Very friendly and helpful and easy to work with when choosing our kitchen units.

As far as showrooms go, this is a great one. I’m reviewing the showroom and not necessarily the service or products. They have around 50 kitchens on display and a full range of sinks, handles and more. The staff are welcoming, helpful and kind. Even if you don’t buy kitchens from them, it’s worth visiting to get ideas. Overall, a great space for all things kitchen.

Amy from the Fort Kinnaird branch was amazing. From the initial design to the final design nothing was too much trouble, even when we changed our minds a dozen times.

Excellent and professional work completed. Our designer, Steven excelled himself to what we asked for in making our dream kitchen come true. Thanks Wren, Steven and to the installers too. Would highly recommend

We bought a kitchen from Ashley Ann early 2012, and we have been very pleased with the product, the design and the service overall. The kitchen looks clean, bright and modern (white gloss), the grey silestone worktop complements the look really well We liked the fact these kitchens are primarily built in Scotland – a homegrown product is appealing. Heidi was responsive, helpful and was able to sort out glitches as we went along. All in all I would recommend Ashley Ann.
We bought our dream kitchen from Ashley Ann in Edinburgh. Our kitchen designer Heidi Denholm came up with great ideas for the design and spent a lot of time with us to meet our needs. We also bought the ex-display Neff appliances from Ashley Ann with great savings. The delivery of the kitchen and appliances was in time without any fault and the fitter Keith did a great job. Our kitchen looks stunning.

We had our kitchen installed in July 2013 and the service from Ashley Ann was very positive. We had ideas about what we wanted but were guided all the way by Kelly and ended up with our dream kitchen. We chose a Metris kitchen and the roundness and curves became an inspiration for the whole finish of the kitchen and decor.
