I’m always pleased with the service and product quality here. They have an excellent selection of frames, with an especially wide range of unisex frames. I’ve used 20 20 on Queen St for my past couple of prescription specs, and the team really take time with customers to ensure a good fit. The hardest part is probably choosing which frames you like most! 🤓
I was running late for my appointment due to traffic congestion & phoned ahead. Very kindly the receptionist offered me a slightly later cancellation slot which worked out perfectly. Very thorough, professional & friendly Optician check up & Likewise new prescription consultation. Have been a loyal customer for > 20 years. Jim established an enviable reputation and loyal following in the industry, being well known for both his friendly, enthusiastic attitude and his skill in advising customers on spectacles and lenses.

Really happy with my new super-lightweight glasses. My eyesight is awful, so have always had thick lenses. These are amazingly light and don’t press on sinuses. Incredibly professional service both from Brenda and on the technical side of ordering and fitting, from Jim, who recommended these lenses and frames.

I can highly recommend Rifkind and Brophy Optometrists. I called in the morning and was given an emergency appointment on the day. All of the staff were lovely and kind. The optometrist Ben was professional, friendly and thorough. I felt very reassured. The service felt personalised and you can tell they are an independent business.
Their attention to detail is first class, picking up the slightest changes in your prescription. But with their up-to-date technology which looks into every layer of the eye, they can diagnose Macular, Glaucoma, and everything else too. Plus they can compare your scan results to the previous ones, so can pick up any subtle change.
The best optician experience I’ve ever had. Friendly, welcoming and the best eye eye exam possible! This is a different class eye care experience.
