REVIEWS

I´ve had two sessions with Graham, and the change was amazing, right from the first one. Just after the first session, I felt so much lighter and relieved. Even my mood changed for the better. Not only that, but the effects remained. Also, Graham is extremely polite and gentle, and he makes you feel very comfortable.
Gavin is an excellent osteopath who has changed my life. Back pain was something that I had to deal with on a daily basis but through this treatment I no longer have this issue. Gavin is incredibly knowledgeable and when providing the treatment you pick up bits of his wisdom in terms with regards to diet, exercise and general well being. I cannot recommend Gavin and this practice highly enough – I wish I could give 10 stars out of 5!!!
I’ve had occasional lower back pain from time to time over the last few years. And am currently suffering from uncomfortable sciatica/lower back pain. There was no sign of improvement after a few weeks, so I turned to Active X Backs.

REVIEWS Before I saw Robbie I thought I was in constant pain, my movement was severely restricted and my sleep was badly affected. I thought I was heading for knee surgery. After just a few visits Robbie has helped me learn how to move my knee again. I am once again able to trust my knee in all sorts of movement, I am pain free and sleep properly.
I have hypermobility and EDS, which causes chronic pain in my lower back. I have tried many treatments over the years, but none have been as effective as my sessions with Robbie. I would absolutely recommend Robbie as the first-stop for anybody who is experiencing chronic pain.
“I have hypermobility and scoliosis, and can highly recommend Robbie. I stayed pain free for a whole year after his session, and having seen several different osteopaths and chiropractors over the years, I can definitely say that his style is more effective and less painful than any other approach I’ve experienced. I would highly recommend him! ” Angela Dodds, Headteacher

David managed to offer me an appointment at very short notice. I have been suffering from acute lower back pain all week whilst away from home. My back was in spasm and I was in excruciating pain. David realised that I was under a lot of stress and took the time to let me talk things through which really helped me. I was very impressed with his friendly, approachable and professional manner. I’d definitely recommend him. Thank you David.
Had been experiencing severe lower back pain, tension and general agony for months. Visited Soma and can’t recommend them enough. David had a strategy in mind from the first visit and is clear, helpful, friendly and gets results.
I have had osteopathy treatments and massage at Soma. Both have made a huge difference to my wellbeing. I work at a desk most of the day so I can get really stiff shoulders, this can tend to get very bad if I ignore it so a massage regularly keeps it at bay. The osteopathy treatments have really helped with an on going issue with my hip and David also managed to fixed an issue I had not even realised was an issue, but has made a really difference for me.
