Went looking for shoes staff friendly and helpful, brought out several pairs of shoes to establish correct size, when pair I liked not in stock order same in to store for me now looking forward to getting them. Store had an extensive range of shoes for men and women. They all appeared of high quality looking forward to getting the shoes.
Great selection of shoes. Ergonomic fit and attributes to soften the impact of walking and/or running. Helpful assistants

Paid a visit to The Brogue Trader in Edinburgh to shop for a nice pair of shoes. I was looked after by James and he helped me find the perfect pair of Loakes. Absolutely stellar service, which was even more evident on my return home: a few days later my shoes were delivered, and once I removed the delivery box, the shoe box was perfectly wrapped in brown paper and tied up with string – proper old-fashioned customer service

Needless to say the customer experience was top notch from start to finish, shoes were fallen in love with and, well… there you go.
