Very friendly. Took my little morkie Daiyntonget spayed. On Monday. They took good care of her and fsce her lots of cuddles to reassure her. I trust them with both my dogs
Registered new kitten and got his first vaccination. Covid aware while being so friendly but professional. My furry baby even behaved impeccably for them . Highly recommended. Second vaccination went perfectly too. My wee boy completely non stressed.
Me and Jazz are very happy with this affordable veterinary with very nice nurses and reception. Would recommend it 100%

Dundas Veterinary Group was established in the late 1970’s, when two existing new town practices were merged. The main practice at 99 Dundas Street was added to within a few years, by setting up branch practices at 34 Granton Road and 10 Lochend Road South. The 114 Oxgangs Road branch was opened in 1991. The practice is family owned by Veterinary Surgeons, Emma Sharp and Peter Sharp. Dundas Veterinary Group is proud to remain one of the few independently owned vet practices in Edinburgh, allowing us to provide a personal, caring and professional service.

I’ve used Dundas vets for 5 years now and they have taken brilliant care of 7 of my pets. I’ve found I always get an appointment quickly and the vets are kind and helpful. As with every practice, there are some vets who are more personable than others, but none whom I’ve found to be anything less than professional.
Dundas Vets on Dundas Street looked after my ill dog who had an abscess in her glands. They persisted with her treatment and after a few months my dog is back to her normal self. Appreciate the treatment they provided. The staff are all very caring and helpful.

I have used Dundas Vets for all my pets over the years and found them very helpful. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

What We Offer:

Originally from Alaska, Lindsay first received a Bachelor’s degree in biology at Oregon State University before moving to Edinburgh in 2006. She qualified from The Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies in 2010, has worked at Happy Pets since February 2011 and is now our principal veterinary surgeon. She has a special interest in ophthalmology, and particularly enjoys small animal surgery. Outside work Lindsay enjoys travelling, horse riding, cycling, and camping (when the weather’s nice!).

I’ve been with Happy Pets since my 2 cats were kittens. I had a very scary experience the other morning when one became not well. 1 phone call and she was in being checked. Completely professional from all of the team. Thankfully all is now ok. Thank you Happy Pets.

We’ve had our border terrier registered here for the last 6 months and have found the standard of care and responsiveness to be excellent. Or pup had a number of issues with stomach infections (Giardia) and tooth problems, which were always dealt with promptly and effectively, and we were confident he was in safe hands. I’d highly recommend Happy pets to any pet owners.
